發道詠春由多位教練組成，所有教練均為詠春體育會註冊教練，並持有由中國武術協會或WORLD WIDE MARTIAL ART ASSOCIATION （WWMAA）發出的教練證書。我們的教學方針都遵從詠春的法則。除了練習套路，發道詠春講求實際應用，因此課程亦著重黐手，希望藉此讓學員可以在對打中實踐詠春的法則。

La Façon Ving Tsun is composed of multiple instructors, all of whom are registered Ving Tsun instructors in the Ving Tsun Athletic Association, and hold coaching certificates issued by either the Chinese Wushu Association or the World Wide Martial Art Association (WWMAA). Our teaching philosophy adheres to the principles of Ving Tsun. In addition to practicing forms, La Façon Ving Tsun emphasizes practical application, thus placing a strong emphasis on Chi Sao (sticking hands) in our curriculum. Through this, we aim to enable students to apply the principles of Ving Tsun in sparring situations.
